When I print a sign and laminate it comes out beautiful. But after i put it back in the machine to do the contour cut the pinch rollers are leaving marks in the laminate the whole length of the sign. I thought my pinch rollers were too tight so i loosened them and im still getting the marks in the laminate. Then i tried removing all the pinch rollers except the end two while cutting the laminate and found my material slipping. Don’t know how far I should back off the pinch rollers. Anybody have any suggestions.

I have the same issue with our VS-540 and XC-540, never had a print come back from the customer though. Have the pressure turned way up on our laminator too. Once the graphic is installed the pressure line seems to disappear.
