Roland VS-540 Printing white & yellow.

I've been playing around for a few days now trying to get my 540 to print non-transparent whites and yellows on clear media. wondering if anyone can help me out with this?

Printer Vs540 dual whites
Rip Software - versa works
Media- GF205 Gloss Clear (3.4mil calendared)

hmm double strike the white, then yellow over the top where it needs it?

I've tried double strike white is a little better but the yellow is still transparent. Trying to reduce printing times also
