I am working on a ROLAND VS 640 8 colors. The Light Cyan channel on the test print is completely missing. I did several cleaning and even powerful cleaning.I wish to know how can i unblock the light cyan nozzles in the printhead.
I tried to pull ink below the captop using a syringe but as its a mono block printhead i am getting all the other inks in the syringe. Normally with the dx5 printheads i used to remove the head and push ink from the nipples to clean the head.Can we do that with the head on the VS 640 ? In the past i tried once with an old but it damaged the head.
