Roland VS 640 Test Print Bad Magenta, Missing Color, Damper

Hello Everyone and thanks for your help.

Mid print he magenta went out on my VS640, I did a power clean and the situation got worse. went from have bars to about max 20 dashes per magenta print test. all other colors are perfect! setup is dual cmyk. several power and manual cleans. just getting less and less on only the magenta inks. One Associate suggested it could be the dampers? Any instructions on how to replace dampers? Video? PLEASE HELP

Several power cleans? You might as well burn money. That's a waste of ink.

This has happened to me. You need to manually get the line going again. Pull the magenta line off the head and syphon the magenta as far back in as you can (with a syringe), hook it back up and do a couple power cleans.
