Best to get your hands on a Service Manual, it will give you the steps to do it. These are one of the hardest to change, as they are inside the head and you must make sure to not drip any ink on it or it can cause damage or ruin the head.

Get a technician to do it! That way if they mess it up they have to fix it. It is very easy to damage the head doing it
