Roland VS540 printer"position invalid, out of range"

Hi guys,

My printer is Roland vs540, in the past , the error code is scan motor error 0010 0010,

we replaced encoder strip, encoder sensor, scan motor,
but we are now experiencing a different problem.
Now when we are conducting the “limit initialize” we get the following error:
“position invalid, out of range”.

Any idea what is going on?

it is one of my friend printer, i hope i can get some ideas from printer users .
