You might find this odd, but someone may be having the exact same issue. Would be nice if you'd tell us the solution.

We had a similar issue with our magenta channel a couple of times, and no amount of cleaning would sort it out.
Installed a new cap top, ran a quick maintenance and everything went back to normal again.
