I am hesitant to say what they did for us because it is so incredibly beyond what ANY vendor for ANY product has ever done for us.
That said, let me say that they were under zero obligation to remedy our situation, but instead they immediately pulled out all stops which entailed 2 on-site technicians and next day air component parts all on their dime.
Simply amazing.
