Roland White Ink ICC Profiles

I just installed my new XC-540MT and I completely uninstalled the versaworks I previously had and reinstalled the disk that came with the printer(I know it is the same exact thing). I connected my printer fine with versworks then I registered it and updated it. When I updated it none of my [MT] ICC profiles came in. I tried to run the update again and it told me there was nothing else available. I uninstalled and reinstalled then updated again and still nothing. Versaworks recognizes my printer as an MT but it does not download the correct profiles.

I called roland and they did not have an answer for me so my question is can somebody save there ICC profiles and send them to me or Send just the [MT] profiles?

You MUST register your printer to get the Versaworks to update your profiles and Versaworks too. Go to EDIT/Preferences... change mm to inches. Then, click on the Roland@net tab...check the box - Check updates every launch, Check -Download Media and color profiles, Check - For Currennt printer and ink. Close Versaworks and restart...you should have a new update with new profiles.

I did that. I registered it then it sent me a code and I updated it and restarted and nothing was there. I tried to uninstall/reinstall and update again and nothing was there.

CAN ANYBODY SEND ICC PROFILES??

Bingo!

Also, after you update versaworks sometimes it helps to: start->programs->RVW->initialize application. You will need to re-enter your printer IP address but all the profiles in versaworks will be updated.
