Roland XC-540 Magenta Head Problem

Anyone have any idea what this problem is? Its a roland xc-540 about 2yr old. Roland inks (always). We did a normal print, stopped, started another print and magenta looked terrible. We stopped there, did a test print and the pic attached is what we got. Carts were low, so put new ones in just in case. No fix. We've done 5 test prints and all look identical to which nozzles are missing. Have cleaned the machine couple times with no help. Any advice, Thanks in advance!!!

Cap top

Take a look at the cap top for that head. Make sure it is clean and has no defects in the rubber gasket that seals it to the bottom of the head. Try putting a little cleaning solution in it to see if maybe it has a clog and the solution won't drain

Thank You!! Checked the cap top. Couldn't pull any fluid through. Put a new cap top in, primed it and poof it's working! Once again thank you for your help.
