Need Help ROLAND XC-540 SHEET SET ERROR NEED HELP

Hi this morning my machine randomly showed sheet set error pinch rollers in correct places had this machine a long time so tried the following;
Tried loading just a sheet with edge detection etc a piece of vinyl in too..

Cleaned encorder strip,
Made sure the cables are in properly.

Prior to this a few weeks ago we change the cut carriage ribbon cable but this did not affect the machine and worked fine..

Any bit of help would be great.

Right fixed this issue for anyone having this issue I did the following:
Behind the cut carriage is a sensor I removed the sensor and cleaned it with alcohol and put it back in worked fine. Struggled to find the sensor at first!
