Need Help Roland XC540 has a knock

Roland XC540 has a knock. The head makes the first 3-4 passes normally, then when moving from right to left, a knock appears. Around the time when the head is in the middle.

What could it be?

On my SP540V it made more of a click. Ending up being the cover over the sponge station. Removed it and the sound disappeared.
