Roland XF-640 jamming - motor error

ive had a Roand XF-640 a few months and it gets a motor error from hitting the lever on the cleaning part.
i have tried a few things but can't fix it
circled lever is what its jaming on and right circle is were its jamming

Isn't it under warranty? Why not let Roland fix it, and figure it out?

yes its still under warranty, yes i could if i didn't want work this week and every time ive got a tech to turn up its taken a week or more.
