ROLAND XF 640 Smearing/ heading firing all the time/print head issues

I have a ROLAND XF 640 i got ink on the left head, it stuff the head and replaced the head and its doing this
tech has been trying to work out what the problem is, have replace the carriage board.

the right head is printing perfect its only the left head has a problem.

electrical signal issues. check cables to heads first. if all appears good (not burnt, no ink on them), then you probably have a bad board
