Roland XF640 nothing coming through the yellow channel on the B head

Hi Guys,

I am currently operating a Roland XF640, and the B head has completely dropped the yellow part of the head, I have changed all dampers, wipers, cap tops, and am at a loss as to where to look next, and I thought it might be an idea to post here before calling for an engineer.

Any help, tips or advice are greatly appreciated!
