Roland XR 640 "A" head quit working

Long story short, I moved my Roland XR 640 to a different building about a year ago. Print test looked great before the move. When I fired it back up at the new location I lost all jets on the "A" head. "B" head was still great. I took the covers off and checked to make sure all connections and ribbon cables were still seated properly. I fired it back up and the "A" head started printing fine again.

Fast forward 12 months and last week the "A" head dropped again. I checked the cables again and I checked ohms on the F1, F2 and F3 fuses. Everything checked out. Still nothing from the "A" head.

Anyone on here with an XR 640 experience anything simular?

Most likely a bad head or dampers. You can switch the A and B heads with dampers to verify no electronic issues.
you can also backflush and flush the head manually with cleaning solution.
