Need Help Roland xr 640 not printing cyan

Hi,

We have a roland xr 640 at work.

We took a while the blue color does not take it very real, yesterday we did a test print and we get the first blue test A with very little hair.

As much as I do medium and powerful cleaning, I can not improve anything.

Tomorrow I upload an image of the test print.
