Roland_ Calibration different on each side of printer

All of a sudden- The second round of the same signs printing; I noticed a banding. Ran a test print and there was a perfect gap between the colors (calberation issue)
All the Bi directional test came back different everytime! WTF!
I cleaned encoder strip, Now the Bi-directional seems ok but the calibration is a perfect +.015 on the right side (which its set at now) Running a calberation test on the left side of the printer is not stable, it looks better at -.015 and sometimes -.05
Any suggestions before I jump!

If you use a Print & Cut, it could be that the left pinch roller have a problem.
