I'm running a Mimaki ts300p-1800 for dye sublimation and running Rasterlink6 V5.16
When printing and the paper roll runs out. I have to lift the front cover and raise the presser feet to swap out rolls. Then the printer needs to check the paper width.
The problem i'm having is with Rasterlink, I cannot get it to continue printing after a roll swap. i usually have to turn off Rasterlink or sometimes I have to reboot the whole computer.
Is there something I am doing wrong?
I'd like to be able to swap rolls and continue printing. The print jobs show up in the print que, but it will not resume printing. even with the printer back on and in the "Local" setting.
Any ideas?
