Question roller for 55 inch daige

we are looking for a 55" roller for a daige laminator.
we intend to make a modification, so EITHER TOP OF BOTTOM would be fine

Did you ever find the roller? We are looking for the rubber roller cover with no luck. Have you ever replaced one? thanks bryan

no, actually
daige has discontinued the whole line
any of the companies that rebuild charge approx $1600- $1700 a pair

we still use ours, for mounting to a rigid substrate, by laying whatever we are working with on a sheet of 4mm sintra. the sintra compensates for the flat spots on the bottom foam roller. we have even laminated this way from time to time and gotten acceptable results

if the top roller is damaged, take it to a machine shop and have it turned down
