roller tracks showing in ink?

lately ive been noticing the roller tracks showing in the ink? do i have the heat to high? it goes away after about a foot or so. weird.

does it do this everytime you print?

just certain materials?

does it do it if you print 10 foot stop for a minute, then print another 10ft and it does it again?

yes on any material. but not everytime i print. i think it has something to do with the heat. if the printer has stopped for a while it will show up. if there is a short pause between jobs it will not show.

i would also "suggest" dust.....

if there is alot of dust in the air and is settling on the material, the rollers with clean it away and you will notice a distinct pattern in the vinyl or anything until the roll pulls past where the dust had settled.....food for thought, or it could just be heat....
