Rolls Roller replacement glass top

Hi there, I work at Image King Signs in Eugene Or. Our rolls roller glass table cracked a few weeks ago and i have been trying my hardest to find a glass manufacture in Oregon or California that makes a piece big enough. Has anyone out there had this problem before? if so were you able to find any glass manufactures that make a piece big enough?

The table top is 3960mm x 1660mm x 10mm Float Glass

I have always feared this happening to ours. How did it happen to your table? On ours which are over 15 years old, the white plastic has started yellowing from the old original florescent tubes which we have long since upgraded to LEDs. There is no way to get that plastic out to replace unless the glass is removed/replaced.
