RollsRoller question

Our RollsRoller table was lowered and now will now raise back up. This is the electric Raise/Lower. It gives a click in what I assume is a relay when we hit the Lower button but nothing at all when hitting raise. Anyone dealt with this in the past?

I don't own the equipment but you might want to check the limit switches.

Got it. RR folks replied, had to hold down button for 1 minute to reset. Good customer service.
