Anyone know a source for round tubing for hanging banner that has pole pockets?

Maybe I need to make myself more clear I am just looking for the tubing. I can make my own pole pocket banners.

My clients are not interested in stretch fabric. I do hanging triangle or square/rectangle pole pocket banners with my own manufactured tubes and that is what they want in a round banner. I just thought surly someone was producing these. PVC pipe joints I see as problematic plus the weight of metal tubing is an advantage with pole pockets. Don't really have the time frame to design and get metal tubes bent, figure out the joints and get them coated.
