Round pole mounting hardware?

I know I have seen these clamps before, but cannot find it on the list of suppliers

the clamp is 2"w and the arm is 4 7/8" from the "bend" it is going around a 2" pipe.

honestly just looks like fabbed .080 to me

was able to find this, but still would require modification. and it still is not long enough on the arm portion

the material was 1/16" thick (.063) so if it came to it we could do it be hand
