Rounding sharp corners?

Hey all someone meantioned in another post of mine about rounding sharp points on contour cut text, to help with the peeling process. what is a good radius to apply, while maintaining the integrity of the font? TIA

Quit buggin' me
It would really depend on how large the letters are going to be cut. I will set the text then zoom to 100% on screen and adjust to get rid of the sharp inner corners & outer tails without the font looking melted.
