Need Help Routing 1/2 Ultraboard

OK we route our fair share of 1/2" ultraboard and my guy just can't seem to get a good route. He is stopping the bit every 5 min to "cool it down". We are running a 408 Sabre and 1/4" bits (Gerber/Onsrud) I am sure it's a speed/feed issue. Has anyone mastered this?

Not familiar with ultraboard. Seems like a brand with many different products which one is it?

We don't cut it often, but the last time was the ultraboard with the metal face. I think I used a new 2 flute straight bit. Cut pretty clean. I cut it at the same feed rate I use on PVC.
