I would like to know how to be a master with that laminator...
Any suggestion on how not to make errors ?

We laminate, mount and mask with it.

We looked at the tutorials and have each step noted.

Still with mounting we are having a hard time at keeping the graphic aligned on the subtrate...

It deviate a little bit and it just make the job not good.

(sry with my english I'm doing my best at learning my job and at learning english to)

First I center the graphic on the subtrate and tape it so it stays ...
I do an hinge, peel back, cut off excess and then apply a small part of the graphic just to start where I want.

For full coverage graphics I pre-cut my blank, and slightly oversize my graphic. First thing I do is flip the graphic over and carefully score JUST the backing paper about 1-2" away from the edge that will be fed in the laminator, then flip it back so the graphics are facing up and lying on the substrate. Once it is centered, I peel back that strip and tack the graphics with my hand/squeegee/whatever. Now you have your hinge. Flip the graphic over the laminator, feed the substrate in and peel back the liner as it feeds through. One trick I have found is to line up the liner to itself on top of the laminator to ensure that you're not pulling more to one side, which will cause the graphic to walk.

Pourtant ta technique semble bonne. Personellement c'est ce que je fais. À moins que j'ai pas compris ta procédure... C'est quoi le résultat que ça te donne? Peut-être si tu le dis en français ça sera plus facile pour toi...

EH bien je centre le vinyl sur le canevas et je le ''tape''.
Je fais une charnière à une extrémité d'environ 5'' et je l'applique comme départ.

Je flip le support du vinyl et je ''start''...

(en ajustant bien l'angle et l'épaisseur)

ce qu'il y a c'est que je ne trouve pas très efficace les outils de centrage.

ils se déplacent et ne permettent pas de garder le canevas droit pendant le montage.

Le résultat... Le vinyl dévit du canevas... pas très esthétique

Tu enlèves ton backing de 12po et tu fais rouler ton laminoir en marche arrière, ce qui va te faire un bout de 12 pouces de la bonne grandeur. Ensuite tu passes le reste et ton 12 pouces t'assureras que le tout sera droit.

Dans mon cas, ça fonctionne à 99.9%

De next step be to flip it ova' and fold back about an inch uh de release liner, den I'll flip it ova' and carefully lay de sticka' on mah' substrate. What it is, Mama! When ah' gots' it lined down supa' finely wid all foe sides ah' put mah' 2 hands togeda' in de praya' posishun and use dem t'press de 'esposed adhesive waaay down onto de substrate at da damn centa' and spread mah' hands apart fum de centa' to de outside edges. Now de art won't move on de substrate. What it is, Mama! Wid mah' nip set ah' slide da damn assembly down t'de rollers and advance plum enough t'hold it.
