Running RasterLink II, Mimaki JV3 in parallels, anyone else?

I did a search to no avail.

I have an Apple machine that I installed Windows XP via parallels and am trying to run my Mimaki via the firewire with it. I got everything installed and RasterLink installed but when I go to setup the printer via the Firwire in Printer Manager it doesn't show the printer. Everything is plugged in an printer is on.

Anyone have success with this? I am a bit confused by it all. Really need to get it working to try.

did you follow the pdf instructions exactly? ... through both sets of drivers? the instructions are crappy and seem to say to do the same thing twice. but there are two different drivers that both need to be installed in succession.
