having an issue with one of the reds dorpping ill do a clean or a nozzle wash and boom p[erfectly back then it'll drop thnen in 4 days itll work perfect? any help appreciated cause ive given up on epson support

I've found 99% of drips are caused by something like a hair stuck to the print head that is acting like a wick, have you taken a flashlight to look around the head? Try that and clean it with a swab and cleaning fluid.
