Sail Flags that don't spin

Does anyone make a sail flag (tall, rectangular 15' high) that doesn't spin? A client wants to use them as directional signs, so they can't be allowed to spin (or they'd be pointing the wrong way at times).

Does anyone have a source for these? I know the engineering is much more difficult because spinning into the winds relieves the stress, but we need one that doesn't spin for the reasons above.

We need a dozen of these by Sept. 08, so we're scrambling to find a supplier.

If you know of some other hardware to hold a vertical (2' wide or so by 10' high or so) mesh banner we'd be open to that also. I just need something that goes up quickly and doesn't get ripped apart by the wind.

Can you convert a rectangular flag frame to hold a coro sign blank?

Maybe you could weld together the part that allows it to spin

Buy your regular sail flags (Creative Banner has nice ones), drill and put a bolt through the mounting base. No more spin.
