We are a major sign & monument production company that is expanding and we are looking for the right people that want to run their own business accounts and be responsible for their own unlimited success. This is a brand new exciting concept which allows many good Sales Representatives to stay and live in their territories instead of moving to find a job.
We are introducing exclusive opportunities to a few motivated sales people to represent our Company to sign businesses in exclusive territories. Each protected territory will have one exclusive Company salesperson that will represent our products and services to retail sign shops, developers, and government and military institutions. Our Company does this currently from one central location by internet and telephone and now Company will enhance our market share with independent Company Sales Representatives supporting our very successful wholesale concept.
Sales Representatives will be trained and equipped to provide each retail sign shop the ability to compete in their marketplace with sign products that make them real money. This training and your professional enthusiasm is critical to your success as many small sign shops and franchise operations need your assistance in selling lobby displays, CNC and aggregate blasted signage and monuments. Our Sales Representatives will support the retail sign shops and help make them more successful by allowing them to compete with products that only very large shops can produce.
Sales Representatives will connect each retail sign shop with Company through sophisticated software that allows the retail sign shop to obtain a sign design, quotation and delivery date directly from Company. The average retail sign shop marks up the sign or monument over forty-percent.
Each Salesperson will have a large enough territory to develop a substantial business and the software tools to monitor that business. Each salesperson will be compensated with a commission structure on all business produced in that exclusive territory. The goal is to establish a very good income through minimal account maintenance and repetitive orders.
