Sandwich sign, A frame, sidewalk sign all the same probably a few other names as well.

Jill the Ponce Inlet light house is red as can be indeed.

Just ran across this pic going through my sign folder. This is the lighthouse that I grew up next to. I use to surf right under it when the surf was to big for the normal breaks. Made for nice scenery sitting in the line up waiting for the next wave.
