saving PDF as 10%

    im having someone print a banner for me as i dont have time to do it.

    i've made the artwork (vector) ect but they've asked to "save it as a PDF to 10%"

    How do i do this in illustrator?

    Assuming they mean physical size and they want you to scale it to 10% of it’s finished size?

    Resize down to 10%?
    Select all > object > transform > scale > change 100% to 10% in both horizontal & vertical > fit artboard to selected > save as pdf

    I believe they mean resize but the way they said it as if you can do it while saving the pdf.

    but thanks, i know how to resize, just though there was some other way doing it while saving it as a PDF.
