sc-500 off on contour cutting..

When print and cutting decals the contour cutting is right on the money in the design software, but when the printer cuts it is way off. It cuts into the designs at the bottom and left side, and over cuts it at the top and right side. Not sure how to deal with this problem, can anyone give me some tips on this?
