SC-540v print “shifts” at end of print

Not sure if shift is the correct term, but the prints are perfect and then this happens at the end. It’s not on everything, just some. Not sure what the common denominator is or how to narrow it down. I use illustrator almost exclusively for artwork and photoshop sometimes. Also use versaeorks for rip software.
Im sure it’s something simple that I’m missing, but any help would be appreciated

Clean the encoder strip itself with acetone and a microfiber cloth. Clean the encoder sensor by sliding a thin cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol back and forth in the slot and dry with air pressure. Be sure the encoder strip is centered in the slot on the sensor when reinstalling the sensor.
