I have a SC Pro 1650 that is driven by Cut Server 4.0. The Cut Server files are being generated by ColorGATE. What is the difference between sending the cut files via cut server by selecting the Go icon vs Send Epos information? I'm assuming that the cut information is the same with both files being sent. The only difference would be that the laser on the cutter is reading the barcode when selecting the Go icon. Is this correct?
The reason I ask is that when I Send Epos, the cutting is uneven across the sheet, however, when sending the information via Go button, it appears to cut correctly.
Has anyone ran across a similar issue? I've already gone through all the test on the cutter and everything appears to be running quite normal. Any response is appreciated. Thank you.
