Sc540 ex pro ii head soak??

New Member
I recently bought a used SC540 EX PRO II in Feb. I've basically had little no use of it since the test print is pretty bad and been bad ever since. From what the Roland Tech has told me is to try to do a head soak before replacing heads. If anyone knows of any How-to videos or links please let me know it'll be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

soak the heads

if you want to leave the heads in the printer, put some clean cloth soaked in cleaning solution in each of the cap tops. You will need to lower the capping station to do this, the printer came with a tool to do this, looks like a metal tube the size of a pen. PM me and ask me for a tech manual and your email
