Scenic Point Sign Hardware?

I'm looking for a vendor that has pre fabricated sign hardware that can be used at a scenic point or in a park. I'm thinking two or four legs and the face of the sign is at an angle for the person in front of it to look down and read it. Hidden mounting solution would be good for anti vandalism. Recommendations are appreciated.
