random my machine turns off.
with serial port i read the machine:


trace :001634329: shutdown.c(00483)shutting down...


now, why the machine is shutting down?
someone can help me?

i changed power supply of pc in electonic box and checked the 38 and 24 volts with oscilloscope during error and aren'ts they.
machine give an strange error:
user 2 cable not connected code 01030056 error 000079551
can enyone help me?

solved

the problem was the on/off switch
it was full of dust cause of electric box fun.
it made bad contact.
