Screen printing ink for traffic signs

Hi guys! I have bought one jaguar V plotter one cold laminator and one manual vacuum screen printing machine for making traffic signs. I am using 3M reflective sheeting and ECF film for different colours. Until now I didn't use this screen printing method. I would like to use for make traffic sign STOP. Which type of ink can be use and if I don't have a dryer can left in my warehouse for drying?.

For years I always used Nazdar 96000 series inks for all my outdoor signs, its an air dry ink
