Screen Printing Problems? What do you think?

They should have used Corogloss ink,

they may have used Multi-Purpose or a UV ink

If you can scratch the ink off with your fingernails ...or

do an Xacto knife score test and apply masking tape and rip the tape off

if ink comes off they used the wrong ink.

They are not screen printers so they don't have a clue what corogloss is. You can use multi purpose if you add an adhesion promoter.
