Screen printing raised letters on aluminum die cast parts

I have had a customer request a quote to print 3500 of these pieces. They will be powder coated red, and the raised letters will need to be printed white in 2 different locations on the part. We have screen printing presses that we use primarily for printing shirts/apparel but have set up before to print with graphic printing inks on various substrates, but I have no idea how we would set this up considering the letters are raised. Any input/suggestions would be appreciated.

I would think Pad Printing or Hot Stamping would be preferable.
