Screenprinting on UV digital prints

Hello,
We want to screenprint a (silver) backbroud on a uv printed picture. We tried 2 types of ink, but the digital ink comes loose from the (polycarbonate) surface.
Especially the black parts.
Does anyone know with what to cover the UV print so that a layer of screenprinting ink can be put on it?

Have you tried printing or applying a layer of UV promoter before the UV ink layer?

Not yet but as a matter of fact we plan this for tomorrow. Today we gathered all 4 primers we have to give it a try

Can you put the screened image down first and print overtop of it ??
