Just used oracal in place of 3m for a long time customer who always specified 3m. They are happy so I am happy. The oracal was easier to use as well. Cut my app time down some = $$ in my pocket.

Hit up Oracal last week about getting a sample roll of a 30" material that we couldn't find locally.

Within an hour, the rep emailed me a tracking number - sample roll was on it's way UPS... we sold the job, bought a whole roll, printed a whole roll - delivered yesterday. BOOM.

That's how you do customer service....
