Script Font Channel Letters

Ok so I have a customer who wants a script font (any script font) for his channel letters. My manufacturer requires all areas of my letters to be 1.5" wide to fit the LEDs' in. I have been through about a dozen fonts and when I try to widen the narrow areas it obscures the font so bad you can't even read it any longer. So I am looking for suggestions of fonts or techniques to fix this problem.

:frustrated::thankyou:

+1 -- use any script, contour it enough so the thins are thicker than 1.5", then overlay cut translucent of the original script so that its colored with a white outline

Wish I could but the customer wants a white face. I suggested a black outline kind of the reverse of what you are suggesting but it was a no go. I have been working on it and got something I think they will like.

If you outline the font, you should be able to manipulate it to get to the thickness needed, it just might not look great (curlz comes to mind).
