I saw a demo of this laminator and was ready to order. I decided to get a couple of competitive bids. Both bids came in at $4995, that's a thousand bucks less than list. I know that there are places still listing them for the higher price. Is there something wrong with this laminator? They must not be moving.

it's the one we have...can be quite exasperating. Takes a while to get a handle on it. One thing I would suggest that we learned the hard way...is when not in use pull up the roller...otherwise you will get flat spot.
