This is a gently used laminator that was purchased in a auction. It was originally owned by Bell Helicopter, who had no use for it.
Nips are in excellent condition(photos available). Is located in Fort Worth, TX. The bottom heading element needs to be replaced.
I have spoken to the Seal Technician, who had serviced the machine under warranty and he told me that the visual communications department rarely used it.
As it turns out, I have not had any use for it.

Hello. I'm looking for a serviceable laminator for a shop in Richardson. Is this machine still available? If so, I have a few questions:

You say the nips are good. No slices or nicks?

Does it track straight over long runs?

How much are you asking?

Are there any issues getting it out of your space onto a truck?

Could we run some material through it to test it (our material of course)?

Other than the bad heating element, are there any quirks about the machine?

I've got a customer in Chicago with an incredible Seal 5500 and 600D. No cuts in the rollers. He's looking for around $10K for the 5500 (multi-direction laminator, hot side and cold side...awesome unit) and just a few grand for the Seal 600 D. I sold these machines to this guy 20 years ago...he stopped running them maybe 8 years ago. Both units are in perfect shape.
