Searching for an exterior picture frame / moulding

I have a client who would like a large, ornate "picture frame" for their exterior sign. I can obviously make one with exterior mouldings, but I'm having a hard time finding materials that are wide enough. Ideally we'd like at least 6", but the most I can find is about 2.25 inches.

Can anyone point me the right direction? I'm even open to a custom piece, but I don't know where to start. Thanks.

Check out the Outwater Plastics catalog. You may find some exterior plastic millwork that you could use.

Thanks, i LOVE OUTWATER and order from them all the time. But they don't have anything wide enough pre-fab. i could make my own with their exterior crown moulding and flat pieces of PVC, but i'd rather not.

the problem with just getting the crown moulding from outwater is I need to add a top and back to it. I didn't want to have to do that.
