Suggestions Second Surface Window Perf

Anyone have a recommendation for a trade/wholesale printer who can do adhesive window perf with a second surface print? TIA!

That artwork setup makes my brain hurt...

It is actually not hard, create a tileable pattern in your design program (of holes with spacing, typically 1mm holes) and knock out your art. Then depending on the printing protocol create a white and spot black layer.

ContraVision Sprint... although I'm not sure it's available any more. Haven't seen it in a few years.

contravision make a clear perf. You have to print and use white ink on the back.
